Thriving communities are created over time, involving many players on multiple stages. Our interest lies in the outcomes that can be achieved through collaboration and investment into relationships, creative imagination and shared work.

The WellEase Fund has been established to support emerging leaders and the development of regional enterprise, particularly amongst youth.

A portion of her earnings as Gertrude Wellease will be contributed on an ongoing basis. This fund is open to further, tax-deductible donations from those in the community who believe in upskilling local young people to becoming business-savvy entrepreneurs.

What's the plan?

Create a drop-in style space for young people to refine their business idea and test the feasibility of it.

If it’s a goer, they will be supported to plan their venture and test the market. 

Who is involved?

Liz Jack (former Chamber of Commerce CEO) and Jennie Newman (local artist and businesswoman).

Can I cancel or change a recurring donation?

Absolutely. We understand circumstances may change and there is no long term commitment on your part.

You are 100% free to change anything you like, any time at all.

Simply contact us with what you’d like to do (e.g. cancel the the recurring donation, change the amount or change which fund it points to) and we’ll do the rest.
